NO RECORDS FOUND DURING RENEWAL OF DRIVING LICENSE

Image
Have you tried to renew your driving license only to get ''NO RECORDS FOUND’’ Don’t panic or think that your DL is not genuine. This can be because of the following factors Your details were not captured when issuing of driving license When NTSA took over DL matters from KRA your details were misplaced or not transferred at all. Maybe your details are on the system but not yet published on the  E-CITIZEN. The way to collect this is to present your original driving license and I.D. at NTSA    and the same will be updated. If you obtain your DL the shortcut way it will be destroyed on the spot. The best option for you is to go back to driving school. We can also do this updating for you if you don't have time . all that is needed is a scanned copy of both the driving licence and I.D. Don't hesitate to CALL/TEXT/WHATSAPP 0701816401 or email us on  info@keraf.co.ke or visit NTSA SERVICES  we charge a fee for this service***
